Brief Description: This is aimed to develop three (3) Health Facility Development Bureau – Integrated Hospital Operation and Management Program (HFDB IHOMP) online training courses to be uploaded into the DOH’s eLearning Platform. Specifically, it aims at the following: design training course shell for the Hospital Pharmacy Management Manual, 4th Edition, Hospital Nursing Service Administration Manual, 4th Edition, and Hospital Nutrition and Dietetics Service Management Manual, 3rd Edition; develop instructional content and learning assessment or evaluation activities based on the different modules of the manuals; transform the training course contents into the e-learning platform; and conduct validation and pilot testing of the online training courses.
